Obama’s failure to submit evidence of his constitutional qualification for the 1/9/09 conference will mean he cannot thereafter challenge Berg’s request to enjoin the 1/8/09 Congressional electoral count and certification, albeit retroactive, scheduled for SCOTUS conference Friday 1/16/09. Moreover, Chief Justice Roberts has scheduled a full Court conference on the Lightfoot case Friday 1/23/09 in the event there needs to be a Constitutionally mandated action, the Inauguration itself, to enjoin retroactively.

Now that BHO is in checkmate and cannot be POTUS, he can be a patriot as well. He need not subject the nation to the expense and trauma of requiring SCOTUS to overrule his ‘Presidency’. BHO can and should voluntarily step down with Biden becoming Acting POTUS under the 20th Amendment, and under the agreement all potential claims by the Government for itself and on behalf of others against BHO are released.Tedhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04011502155494655727noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2031905268493150691.post-11694463883371274312008-11-15T07:45:00.000-08:002008-11-15T07:45:00.000-08:00Unavoidable scenario: If SCOTUS disqualifies Obama...Unavoidable scenario: If SCOTUS disqualifies Obama BEFORE 1/20/09 inauguration, McCain is POTUS per remaining electoral college electors; if SCOTUS disqualifies Obama after 1/20/09 inauguration, Hillary likely becomes POTUS per vote of Dem controlled House of Rep. Either way, is clear Obama will NOT be or remain POTUS.Tedhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04011502155494655727noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2031905268493150691.post-19198410484232152022008-11-14T11:24:00.000-08:002008-11-14T11:24:00.000-08:00To end all of these lawsuits and speculation, you ...To end all of these lawsuits and speculation, you would think that Obama would just release the "vault" certificate and put this matter to a rest. Obama has refused and continues to refuse. At first I thought it might be because his parents weren't married. I looked at the Hawaii Department of Health website and learned why:

From 1911 to 1972, Hawaii permitted people over the age of one year to apply for a birth certificate. Because Hawaii was a terrority until 1959, many people were born at home; and, did not have a birth certificate from a hospital. To deal with this problem, Hawaii permitted a person over the age of one year (or his parent) to ask Hawaii to register the birth by an affidavit stating that the child was born at home.

That means if a child/person was not born in a hospital, they could ask the State of Hawaii to issue an birth certificate based upon an affidavit.

Thus, Obama's mom or maternal grandmother could have applied for his birth certificate a year or more after his birth by submitting an affidavit. ?The birth certificate would be issued, and the affidavit would be the "vault certificate" backing it up. Obama's Kenyan grandmother insists that she was present when Obama was born. It is possible that Obama was born abroad and that his mom and grandmother wanted to make sure that he wouldn't have a problem in the US and applied for a birth certificate much later, claiming that he was born at home.

If so, Obama's birth certificate could be invalidated based on these conflicting claims. He would be ineligible to be President.

Remember, there is no doubt that Obama is a US citizen; however to be President you must be born in the US. If it is shown that the Hawaiian birth was registered via affidavit, he will be disqualified. Maybe that is why he is refusing to produce the "vault" certificate. If there is no problem, why not produce it?

If you think that Obama would not run for President with this lurking over him; think about John Edwards running for the Democratic nomination with his adulterous affair hanging over him; think about Jim McGreevy, governor of New Jersey running despite his secret life, and think about Elliott Spitzer, Governor of NY, becoming governor knowing full well that he had a major issue with prostitution. Obama could self-delude himself as well as Edwards, McGreevy and Spitzer.

If he wants to put an end to this, produce the vault birth certificate with the name of the doctor and hospital! Otherwise, we must think the worst.anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15792904803587473110noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2031905268493150691.post-63514914638483157532008-11-03T04:20:00.000-08:002008-11-03T04:20:00.000-08:00We the people would like to know the date of passa...We the people would like to know the date of passage of the statute that made birth records confidential. The overall character of the democratic party makes one suspicious of the democratic governor of Hawaii's motivation for making birth records confidential in this day of freedom of information.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2031905268493150691.post-4861447281101566082008-10-16T20:50:00.000-07:002008-10-16T20:50:00.000-07:00john mc was born on a body of water pan manua cane...john mc was born on a body of water pan manua canelbuddyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15938194836899242415noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2031905268493150691.post-53332356535157629562008-10-15T06:28:00.000-07:002008-10-15T06:28:00.000-07:00Fed officials live quite well on their revenues. Traders saw the increase in metals prices and simply followed the movement of market orders, (MoMos) and bought into the ETFs to make a quick buck, which caused the ETFs to buy more Gold and Silver. These funds are no longer buying, or at least they are not buying in as great of quantities.

In the case of Silver, the silver supply is increasing, while silver demand is deceasing. Basic economics tells you that this means the price should go down. Silver has been demonitized for a while now, and for the last 10 years digital cameras have been taking an ever greater bite out of its bread and butter, the photography and film industry. Now even Spielberg is shooting on HD digital video cameras instead of film.

Another big demand for silver and gold comes from the jewelry industry, thing is that people recycle their jewelry. Haven't you seen those ads on TV, asking people to send in thier junk gold and silver? This increases supply.

The Global Economy looks to be cooling off, Americans have been buying less jewelry for a while now as have Europeans, the Indians, Chinese and other people have been driving the latest gold demand. If these people get hit by economic hard times, they are not going to throw that gold chain in the drawer and forget about it, they are going to cash it in and not buy another one. Not only is an economic slow down in the 3rd world going to hurt demand, but it is also going to increase supply. Econ 101, says that when supply goes up and demand goes down, then the price goes down hard and fast.

Another use for silver is silverware. Most folks use stainless steel for their everyday silver and keep their fine silver for special occations. This silver ware does not get wornout because it never gets used. The babyboomers had significantly less children than thier parents, which means that not only is the current generation likely to divide the family silver between 1 of fewer siblings, but they are also likely to inherit their grandparents and possibly their great grand parents as well. Anique silverware sells at a premium, if there is a glut in the supply of the old stuff, then who is going to be buying the new stuff?

Hi-tech electronics have also been fueling demand, but this silver that's used in electronics is also being recycled.

Silver mines in response to the huge increase in market prices have ramped up their production, which has increased every year since the start of the boom. The boom has been driven entirely by investors and ETFs, who are not buying now. As of yesterday, the technical indicators show the beginning of a bear market for silver and gold, so what is going to happen when all of these big investors and institutions start to dump their gold and silver, or short sell the ETFs? The Price is going to go down hard, real hard, because the same people who were hoping on the good ship "Precious Metals" over the last couple of years will be be the same people who are first to jump ship, then short sell and follow the market momentum all the way to the bottom.

Everyone remembers that classic bit of market history when the Hunt Brothers tried to corner the Silver Market, right? We might be in the same sort of bubble market now.

Do not buy precious metals until the price fully bottoms out. If you bought high, sell now and claim your losses on your taxes, then buy back in when its much lower, if you bought low then it's your call, but I think that it's time to ring the bell.hahajohnnybhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17593473605960080378noreply@blogger.com
