I have seen all kinds of Cop TV shows and movies from the Untouchables to the X-files to my latest addiction of 24. The underlying theme is that there is some sort of papal authority for the Federal Agents to be the top dog. They derive their authority not on the actual laws as their are written but on our conceptions of the laws. After all where do we get our understandings of the law from? Is is from the actual documents of the Declaration of Independence, the articles of confederation, the State Constitutions or the Federal U.S. Constitution? Do we know what it means to be a license holder? Do you know that a driver's license is a document that means that you are operating in commerce and are thus regulated by commercial law? No, of course not we get our understandings based on the mythos of film.

When we are pulled over by a highway police officer, what do we feel? Guilt, that we did something wrong. We believe in the authority of the police officer who has pulled us over, even though we may rebel against the authority but we have already given it to him in our minds and our hearts. If we understood that instead, we are being pulled over because we have broken a statutory rule that regulates commercial vehicles operating in commerce carrying cargo; then maybe, we might not feel as guilty unless you view your kids as cargo and baggage.

Understanding that there is something drastically wrong with the fundamental structure of our legal system; and that the legal system is directly tied to the back of the type of currency system that we are operatiing under. If we understand instead the cop has pulled you over because you have federal reserve debts notes in your pocket and that he has pulled you over for breaking the commercial speeding regulation and he is really operating as a tax agent collecting the fine due to the hidden creditor that owns the vehicle that you are driving in. Then maybe you will not feel so impotent in the face of the leviathan that were are battling. If you understand the struggle will not be won behind the wheel that you, but that fundamentally we are fighting a war based on hiding the truth, that it is a propaganda war that disables your will because you don't know what is happening. You think that the laws are some sort of mysticism that is unknowable. The battle for a just society and country begins with fundamentally understanding what is the actual cause of the problems we face. The cop with the taser is a symptom of the problem he is acting at the behest of the hidden beast lurking in the shadows that hydra is banking on you remaining ignorant of the true cause of the problems of this society. I have sat here silently over the last few months watching the Czars being appointed and another transfer of wealth being absconded by elected criminals. I have wondered what can be done? Then I realized that at the end of the day, what wins out in the long run is character and strength of will of a few good men and women. At the end of the day oppression leads to a renewal of faith and belief in a God of some sorts. This has long been over-due in this country.

quite clearly and makes Madison's assertion even more

citizens would have two political capacities, one state and
one federal, each protected by incursion by the other, a
legal system unprecedented in form and design, establishing
two forms of government, each with its own direct
relationship, its own privity, its own set of rights and
obligations to the people who sustain it and are governed by
it." Madison is then quoted by Scalia, "The local or
municipal authorities form distinct and independent portions
of the supremacy, no more subject, within their respective
spheres, to the general authority than the general authority is
subject to them, within its own sphere." The feds must stay
