I am an energy guy, I sense movements of energy before they manifest on the physical plane. You could say it is a form of prophecy; I just see it as sensitivity. While the outer form appears to be getting worse, like the passage of NDDA and the appearance of the failure of the Ron Paul movement to gain traction with the populace. The actual truth underneath is quite surprising, like in Vegas two weeks ago watching the Super Bowl; I felt the shift towards the Giants before the miraculous throw by Manning and catch by Manningham, even before the dropped pass by Wes Welker.
Miracles are created by massive movements of energy that take time to be made manifest. Reading the post game recaps of the Super Bowl, it was remarkable to see that when the Giants got the ball back on the last drive that the whole team knew that they were now going to win; in fact that belief carried them through the whole week and they had to bite their tongue not to appear arrogant. Flying back from Vegas, I saw that Ron Paul had finished second in Maine on CNN. The truth again was far different; Ron Paul had in fact won Maine and by a substantial margin except for the shenanigans of the RNC in Maine. Maine is now being run over by a swarm of idealistic 20 year olds that are in the midst of hijacking the Republican party there.
On the same flight back from Vegas, it was a long flight, to my surprise I watched a segment on the Rachel Maddow show about the quiet amassing of delegates by Ron Paul in the caucus states that rivals the Mitt and the Rick. How can that be? Apparently Ron Paul supporters do not have the attention span of guppies like most followers of CNN, they have read the rules and play the game and end up as the delegate. All lawful and legal in a pharisee sort of way; it is the panzer division of wicked smart kids that are ruling the day as the stupid sound bite TV watchers that barely have enough ram to retain a phone number are being crushed under a designer boot. Where is all this leading too? Maybe a brokered convention where the Mitt, the Rick and the Newt supporters will sell themselves out for a box of chocolates followers the lead of their yellow-bellied leaders.
What is most true in America today is that cowardice is a badge of honor and that character remains the domain of a select few earned not handed out like a box of chocolates or a government check for signing a form and emitting CO2. There are many other signs that the wicked smart are breaking through the illusion of the magic of the media and the witchcraft of the banks and the courts. David Clarence who is somewhere buried on my email list has perfected the ultimate shield and weapon against the de-facto agents of the Corporation posing as our government. It is known as the executor process, it can bring you back from the dead into the land of the living and make your accusers liable for your welfare. How bout them apples? I have seen it work firsthand with a vicious federal case who wrongly accused a friend of mine of nothing. In the ensuing two and a half years of nothing. His wife left him, he sent all his savings, lost his house and moved into trailer. A verifiable story of Job where the good man is attacked by the devil to see if he can be broken. The case was set to go to trial and the prosecutor was seeking 7 years for nothing, he lined up witnesses that were paid to lots of money to lie. The irony here is that the accused was paid the fair market rate for his services of $700 to do what he gets paid to do; while the Fed's witness was paid get this over $100,000 to do what the accused was paid $700. The Fed conviction rate is 97.5% or something to that effect. This can only happened in the land of monopoly money. A week after submission of the executor papers, the case was dismissed for a song and a dance. Two and a half years and over a million dollars down the drain, but the good news is that everyone is paid. That is the point of the Defacto, to collect money and keep the train going. It has nothing to do with Truth, Justice and the American way; that is why this lie is about to end. I have other secrets that I can't reveal, but trust in this, the tide has turned in the affairs of men.

Here is what I believe. I believe in the power of momentum to change the world. Ron Paul is a good sincere man, that has built of wave of energy that may actually change America. I am not talking about the political process either, I am talking a change in consciousness, because Ron Paul is a rarity in the world of politics or life; he is what he appears to be. There is no hidden agenda here at work, he honestly wants to re-install a functional Republic and if given the chance one that would go back to the pre-1862 government that the Dejure Republic of Tim Turner or other common law oriented groups.
Ron Paul has one of the most difficult jobs in the movement back to a Constitutional Republic, he needs to sell the idea to people that are addicted to the welfare/warfare state which is the majority of America. 10 years ago there was no discussion of sound money or a return to a gold/silver standard. It was pure crackpot ism in the eyes of most U.S. citizens. Today not only is there not just a real debate about a return to sound money there is actually an over whelming movement back to the actual use of gold and silver as money which is the main weapon to unhinge the power base of the Federal Reserve money printing ponzi scheme. We pay taxes because we use private money (Fed Notes) as opposed to public money (U.S. Notes). We follow the corporate rules under the defacto U.S. government, not the dejure Republic. To return to legitimate peaceful government, we need to remove the Federal Reserve and repudiate all debts which are based on fraud anyway. They are not our debts they are the debts of the De-facto corporate government.
Ron Paul has done more to expose the Federal Reserve than any man alive; Eustace Mullins died this year he was the original source of the information on the Fed with his book; the Secrets of the Federal Reserve. Edward Griffith later expanded upon Mullins information and re-wrote it into a more legibly story line that is an interesting read with the Creature from Jekyll Island. Is Ron Paul presenting the whole story? No, of course not, but he is teaching kindergarten here, America is not ready to go back on Organic food they still like Mcdonald's. I support Ron Paul and I support Tim Turner and any other group that is promoting a return to Republic in some way shape or form. Ron Paul's main obstacle besides vote fixing from computer systems programmed by Israeli's is the Controlled Press that is looking for one of their CFR stooges to be propped up as the opposition candidate to America's first foreign born leader. Of course Obama is not the dejure President, he is the de-facto President so he can be foreign born. The rules that we think apply do not, because we do not have the coin of the realm. It is the type of money that determines the type of legal system. Gold and Silver are the foundation of a Sovereign Dejure solvent Government and Debt notes are the domain of the De-facto corporation that collects interest on it's debts and runs under the UCC rather than American Common law.
The 4th estate controls the minds of the majority of Americans, they have to date have inputted the limited data, that these barely sentient beings make their decision on to pull the lever. Ron Paul ambush of the Iowa caucus will go a long way towards nuetralizing the media's negation of Ron Paul. Currently there main theme has been that Paul is not a top tier candidate and that he has no shot to win. That facade is crumbling now as it is becoming obvious that the truth is that Ron Paul has the majority of the support of anyone that actually has the capacity to think. A win in the Iowa caucus will cause the media to give Ron Paul more time and they will have to acknowledge that he is a frontrunner, which will swing more people into his camp because Americans like to jump on the band wagon, any band wagon. Momentum is the key right now, so your support is critical now, because there may not be a later. During the Convention at the signing of the Declaration of Independence; there was the vacillation of the potential signers. *** Thomas Mckeam was hounded by the British constantly, he died penniless after living a life on the run.
*** Vandals and British soldiers looted the properties of Dillery, Hall, Clymer, Walton, Gwinnett, Heyward, Ruttledge and Middleton.
*** Thomas Nelson Jr. had his home destroyed and he died broke.
*** Francis Lewis had his home and properties destroyed. The enemy jailed his wife and she died in a few months.
*** Norris and Livingston lost their homes.
*** John Hart was driven from his wife's bedside as she was dying. Their 13 children fled for their lives. His fields and gristmill were laid to waste. For a year he lived in caves and forests, returning
home to find his wife dead and his children vanished. A few weeks later he died from a broken heart.
What moved these men to sign was a speech given by an anonymous figure that appeared to them in the locked room. This man gave an impassioned speech that inflamed the hearts of the men and they rushed to sign the document abandoning their fears and surrendering to the better part of themselves. When the signer's went to thank the man for his speech after they signed the document, he had vanished from the locked room. This was excerpted from Manley Hall's Secret Destiny of America, Chap. 17. The Republic of the United States is not the only positive movement back towards a Constitutional government. U.S. Civil Flag Newsletter: Republic of the United States, Return to a Gold Standard?

We are in the middle of the final battle for control of the manifest destiny of America. The war rages within the banking system between the forces that support a return to a Gold/Silver standard and the New World Order backed by the Rothschild family. I sit in the center as I get reports from the Restore America Plan people who are now called the Republic of the United States. Their mission statement is below. The Republic of the United States has adopted the U.S. Civil flag as their banner at least that is what some people from the various groups tell me. What have “We” done- What a group of Americans have done then is simple! We have restored “The Republic of the united States of America”. The vehicle used to accomplish this task were Americans who stood up. The fuel was left for us over 220 years ago in the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution for the united States of America, the Bill of Rights, Amendments, 11, 12, and the original 13th.

A plan supported by many Americans in all 50 republic “states” was implemented. That plan created a provisional structure where Americans can peaceably assemble and re-inhabit the de Jure seats of government as intended by our founding fathers.

What can “We” offer – We, being the people who stood up, through the construct of the “Restored Republic” offer to all Americans true liberty, freedom, and justice for all. All that is required is your say so.

There have been a number of events that bode well for the return of a Republic. Seven U.S. Military and UK servicemen went on Fox News talking about UFO disclosure, that the Aliens have been stopping Nuclear Warheads from going off since 1948. Control of the currency was the key point to create a World Global government. The removal of the Gold standard in 1933, HJR-192, laid the foundation for the UCC in 1954. The Social Security Act was also created to continue business as usual in a state of Bankruptcy. The Bretton-woods agreement finalized the bankruptcy and Americans were all officially debtor slaves. The un-raveling of this process is like watching a DVD in reverse. I have been getting reports that the America is being restored within the next week from the RAP people and that this is worldwide. There have been numerous reports on Fox news talking about a return to the Gold standard with Ron Paul. The talk about Gold and Silver as money is filtering down to the Tea Party people who are the ignorant step children of what was once the Ron Paul movement of 2008. The internet will be the great equalizer as they catch up on all of the Sovereign information. The good news is that the Tea Party people will be incredibly effective once they understand the rules of the road. I was watching the football game the other day and I saw a TV commercial from Capital One bank with Vikings on a ship called the Drakur flying the earliest version of the Civilflag. It has been a wild and wacky few months. We have portents of War and Marshal Law abound. There is of course the massive Oil Spill that may turn the Gulf into the American version of the Dead Sea. The ramifications are enormous for America and the world both economically and environmentally. This is a terrorist act perpetrated by the banking cabal on the American people. If you remember that the Big Oil is intertwined with Big Fake Money. BP or British petroleum was originally an asset of the British crown the arch-enemies of America. Where we ever got this idea that Britain is our ally? I know where, don't need to go there at the moment. Standard Oil of New Jersey was originally the big Oil monopoly. Chase bank is the by-product of the Rockefeller Oil money.
The Silver lining in the Oil debacle is the destruction of the Obama administration. He will not survive the term. Even the liberal hosts such as Keith Olbermann are turning on him now. Big Bullshit Media is having to be-grudgenly become somewhat honest just to survive. I don't think there is much of a need for a libertarian to attack Obama anymore. The liberals will feed on his carcass quite nicely for
feeling betrayed. Sort of like marrying a hooker with a drug problem; what did you expect? He never actually defined any change anyway, but no one was actually listening except for the Ron Paulers, which have now formed the core of the Tea Party. The country is turning back to it's conservative roots as the great liberal experiment for the last 100 years is now almost at an end. At the end of the day, this is a alledged President that can not provide the basic documentation for being an American National. That is someone that is born on the land within one of the 50 Sovereign Nation States, well actually 48. Hawaii is post Commercial code creation and the last time I looked Kenya was not a U.S. territory. I am mixing the common-law with the laws of commerce, I know.
The Restore America Plan has un-officially adopted the UScivilflag as their identity to define their Sovereign rights. One does not need to use the Civilflag, one can make upm their own symbol
or adopt another American symbol; but the Civilflag is a very potent symbol since it is a mirror-image of the star and stripes and it does have a history rooted in the founding of the Republic via the
Rebellious stripes of the Sons of Liberty as well as the first UScivilflag created by the U.S. Treasurer in 1799, Oliver Wolcott. The first Civilflag never caught on because of two reasons; one was
economic, it was un-affordable compared to the stars and stripes and the other reason was a lack of knowledge of what the Civilflag meant. It defines America Sovereignty in a state of Peace and financially solvent. This has not occured since atleast the American Civil War. The Restore America Plan is attempting to revert to a Constitutional government before Lincoln annexed west virgina and created an ad hoc government; outside the rule of law. For their to be a legitimate Constitutional Government; the southern states needed to be represented.
I did know that the Civilflag was a very powerful symbol that was un-tainted. It is essentially a virgin symbol that can free the mind from blind patriotism; the last refuge of the scoundrel. When you begin to think for yourself, there is a creative flow of events that enters into one's life. You can meet life with courage, grace and joy. Life begins to take shape around one's personal vision. The third part in the grand American experiment is the pursuit of happiness. This can be done; even in the face of Tyranny, enbolded by a faith in God. I have added Sons of Liberty Hats and well as new Civilflag hats made from the patches. Wearing the symbol out in public does more than can imagine in de-programming the American people from the TV and the cult of worship of personality and subservience.
On a final note, I have been pitching Silver for quite some time. The suppression of Silver has been going on since we went fully off the gold standard in 1972 under Nixon. In the 1980's the Hunt brothers drove the price of Silver up to $50. The bankers came in and crushed the Hunt brothers and drove the price down to about $3. The Silver markets have been massively supressed ever since the high of $50. Yes, the battle to save the concept of a Republic and personal Sovereignty is raging right now. We are in the middle of a Propaganda blitz that has been going on full-blown for two complete generations now. The media has lost all shred of objectivity and has just become the mouthpiece for the Public Policy makers of the Corporate government of the UNITED STATES. Obama is the CEO of this corporation extracting whatever wealth he can. The Health care swindle is just another tax under a different guise. The enforcement will be implemented via the IRS, which would be kinda funny, except for the fact that they are now going to be military trained. I am one of those under-insured people that supposedly Obama is going to help. Well, his help is granting me the privilege of forcing me to pay for my own non-performing insurance policy that I don't want nor will ever use.
I am an alternative medicine nut that like to use zappers and take buffered vitamin C by the spoonful. If fact my main goal is not just to get sick, but reverse the whole damn aging process which I view as a disease. The passage of the health care bill is the fundamental attack on the concept of Liberty. Forcing someone to engage in commerce is not even remotely related to any power that has been granted to the federal government. First off, the Federal Government territorial jurisdiction only applies within federal territories. That is the district of Columbia, Puerto Rico and Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guantanamo bay and maybe your local post office. The story begins and ends with jurisdiction. The little scam the IRS uses to get you under the jurisdiction is a change of address to a federal territory in their encoded IRS master file that they have on you when you file one return. They have no authority within the sovereign states. You mailing address is your corporate fiction, not your true address within a Sovereign republic that can be found at the country records office. Their swiss cheese argument of the commerce clause is like finding a fragment of the dead sea scroll and being able to extrapolate a whole legal argument around it. (Article I, Section 8, Clause 3). The clause states that the United States Congress shall have power "To regulate Commerce with foreign Nations, and among the several States, and with the Indian Tribes". Courts and commentators have tended to discuss each of these three areas of commerce as a separate power granted to Congress. It is common to see the Commerce Clause referred to as "the Foreign Commerce Clause," "the Interstate Commerce Clause," and "the Indian Commerce Clause," each of which refers to a different application of the same single sentence in the Constitution. No where in the Federal Constitution is there any mention of regulating an inhabitant commercial activities. An inhabitant is someone that resides on the land as defined in the Articles of Confederation which happily is still an operative legal document in this country. The erroneously legal conclusions that the 14th amendment super cedes the Articles of confederation is like sayings the book of acts, wipes out the Ten Commandments because it was written after the Ten Commandments.
It is a basic premise of law that the oldest law prevails and in this case; it would actual be the Ten Commandments, followed by the Magna Carta and then the Declaration of Independence. The Declaration of Independence is actually the law of the land, not the U.S. Constitution which are the limits of the federal governments and the law of federal territories. There is a reason why the Moses the Lawgiver hangs over the head of the Supreme Court Justice, it is not just for decoration. State Constitutions are the laws within states. Understand how the parts fit together. If you understand the logic of math, you should be able to grasp how the law actual operates. Law is the function of creating harmony, not irrational and conflicting premises. If you follow the letter of the law, you will find that there is virtual harmony. You are mislead into believing that the law does not say what it means because you listen to the interpreters of the laws, the liars which is the definition of lawyer. Lawyers lie and they don't work for you; they are agents of the British Crown. The American Bar is incorporated in the City of London. If you create a law that conflicts with earlier law, that law is null and void, not the earlier law. You have a duty not to obey the law, that is in the declaration of Independence which is the law of the land. Remember any power not GRANTED to the states is reserved for the people. Governments operate under our privilege, not the other way around.

Now I was disheartened and depressed after hearing the health care bill was passed and I know all about Sovereign processes. The mind control in this country is that strong; I have completely grown up under this corporate fiction; to think that I am still not affected by the talking heads is erroneous. The biggest obstacle to productive response to an impending tyranny is understanding what has actually happened? How has the crime perpetrated on America been implemented?
If you are running out to the deserts of Afganistan and Iraq in an emotional state of frenzy to make someone pay, mostly you are a victim of the propaganda machine that wants you to die for the corporation. Knowledge is power and getting the correct knowledge takes some work, you will not find it in the public school system nor on the television or Newspapers. You have to go back in history to the founding of the country with the Declaration of Independence and the Articles of confederation as well as the U.S. Constitution. If you skip the Articles you will miss one very important term known as an inhabitant as opposed to a citizen. An inhabitant is someone that resides on the land. They are a permanent resident. A citizen is a designation of a state granted priviledge. The term inhabitant precedes any form of government. The term citizen is a byproduct of the formation of any government. It is the child of the state and thus can be regulated by the state. a free inhabitant is an unregulated being that resides as a part of the land. He is not separate from the earth. A Sovereign is someone that owns the land and is debt-free. A freeman under this definition has property that is free of leins. Unalienable rights. Un-able-to-lein. The declaration of Independence set up the idea that American inhabitants now had the rights of the King, un-alien-able rights, inherent, god-given, self-evident. This flowed from the repudiation by Martin Luther of Papal infallibility; that the highest authority was one's own conscious. The basis of a trial by jury is built on the concept that there is authority higher than one's own conscious. The power of the trial by jury can repudiate all laws. A judge will tell you otherwise, but he is after-all a member of the bar and agent of the crown.
Going back in history again, the founding father's wrote into the Constituition that the currency needed to be in coin Article 1 Gold or Silver. The basis of the English Common-Law is built on the notion of the use of real money which is gold and silver. The Founding Fathers understood that for American and American's to be free that they needed an economic system built on a metal standard as well as a country that is debt-free and under it's own power. A lien means that you are no longer free and now subject to someone's else will until you pay off the debt. The Federal Reserve Act laid the basis for the creation of a law that conflicted with Article one. The removal of the gold standard on April 5th, 1933 was another illegal act meant to disembowel the U.S. Constitution and the freedom of the American people. The American people were essentially leined as Assets to the hidden creditors without their knowledge and consent. The social security act was created to lay the foundation for the UCC-Uniform Commericial Code. The UCC is an artificial legal system of corporations engaging in business. It laid the basis for the powers of the Federal government to regulate an individual's behavior via the Interstate trade clause. People were now citizens rather than inhabitants that could be regulated by the central government as property. This meant that they can control every aspect of your life legally including forced vaccinations. There is of course much more to learn, but there is enough here to understand how you fundamentally been hood-winked. It all starts with the money. Money is a gold coin, period not a federal reserve note, which is a private debt instrument. It is no coincidence that a gold coin is called a Sovereign. Someone that has Gold is by definition a Sovereign and freeman if he has no debts. A Sovereign falls under the Common-law, no harm no foul which is based on Common-sense, which is very un-common these days. The most fundamental action that you can take to save the Republic is to become debt-free. I have seen all kinds of Cop TV shows and movies from the Untouchables to the X-files to my latest addiction of 24. The underlying theme is that there is some sort of papal authority for the Federal Agents to be the top dog. They derive their authority not on the actual laws as their are written but on our conceptions of the laws. After all where do we get our understandings of the law from? Is is from the actual documents of the Declaration of Independence, the articles of confederation, the State Constitutions or the Federal U.S. Constitution? Do we know what it means to be a license holder? Do you know that a driver's license is a document that means that you are operating in commerce and are thus regulated by commercial law? No, of course not we get our understandings based on the mythos of film.

When we are pulled over by a highway police officer, what do we feel? Guilt, that we did something wrong. We believe in the authority of the police officer who has pulled us over, even though we may rebel against the authority but we have already given it to him in our minds and our hearts. If we understood that instead, we are being pulled over because we have broken a statutory rule that regulates commercial vehicles operating in commerce carrying cargo; then maybe, we might not feel as guilty unless you view your kids as cargo and baggage.

Understanding that there is something drastically wrong with the fundamental structure of our legal system; and that the legal system is directly tied to the back of the type of currency system that we are operatiing under. I just watched a video of Judge Napolitano from Fox news, where he was railing against Ben Bernanke and Paulson that they are thieves and criminals. You now mainstream media is getting desparate if they are letting Napolitano anywhere near a Mic.
Last night, I was in a convenience store and noticed that the Sunday NY Times was now $5.00. It was one-third the size that is used to be and there were only two copies available. I remember as a kid, the Sunday rite of passage was getting programmed by the N.Y. Times. When I was working at Genovese Drugstore as a kid, we would have two people putting the NY Times together and stacking it on the floor four feet high. It would takes us over two hours just to put that paper together. I said about a year and a half ago, Ron Paul has won in a Rumormillnews.com post. I didn't realize at the time, I was not talking about the election. What we are doing is winning the hearts and minds of the people. Attention is everything, if you can get and keep someone's attention, than you can realize your intentions. I'm a home grown American citizen, 53, registered Democrat all my life. Before the last presidential election I registered as a Republican because I no longer felt the Democratic Partyrepresents my views or works to pursue issues important to me. Now I no longer feel theRepublican Party represents my views or works to pursue issues important to me. The fact is I no longer feel any political party or representative in Washington represents my views or works to pursue the issues important to me. There must be someone. Please tell me who you are. Please stand up and tell me that you are there and that you're willing to fight for ourConstitution as it was written. Please stand up now. You might ask yourself what my views and issues are that I would horribly feel so disenfranchised by both major political parties. What kind of nut job am I? Will you please tell me?
Well, these are briefly my views and issues for which I seek representation:

One, illegal immigration. I want you to stop coddling illegal immigrants and secure our borders. Close the underground tunnels. Stop the violence and the trafficking in drugs and people. No amnesty, not again. Been there, done that, no resolution. P.S., I'm not a racist. This isn't to be confused with legal immigration.
Two, the TARP bill, I want it repealed and I want no further funding supplied to it. We told you no, but you did it anyway. I want the remaining unfunded 95% repealed. Freeze, repeal.
Three: Czars, I want the circumvention of our checks and balances stopped immediately. Fire the czars. No more czars. Government officials answer to the process, not to the president. Stop trampling on our Constitution and honor it.
Four, cap and trade. The debate on global warming is not over. There is more to say.
Five, universal healthcare. I will not be rushed into another expensive decision. Don't you dare try to pass this in the middle of the night and then go on break. Slow down!
Six, growing government control. I want states rights and sovereignty fully restored. I want less government in my life, not more. Shrink it down. Mind your own business. You have enough to take care of with your real obligations. Why don't you start there.
Seven, ACORN. I do not want ACORN and its affiliates in charge of our 2010 census. I want them investigated. I also do not want mandatory escrow fees contributed to them every time on every real estate deal that closes. Stop the funding to ACORN and its affiliates pending impartial audits and investigations. I do not trust them with taking the census over with our taxpayer money. I don't trust them with our taxpayer money. Face up to the allegations against them and get it resolved before taxpayers get any more involved with them. If it walks like a duck and talks like a duck, hello. Stop protecting your political buddies. You work for us, the people. Investigate.
Eight, redistribution of wealth. No, no, no. I work for my money. It is mine. I have always worked for people with more money than I have because they gave me jobs. That is the only redistribution of wealth that I will support. I never got a job from a poor person. Why do you want me to hate my employers? Why -- what do you have against shareholders making a profit?
Nine, charitable contributions. Although I never got a job from a poor person, I have helped many in need. Charity belongs in our local communities, where we know our needs best and can use our local talent and our local resources. Butt out, please. We want to do it ourselves.
Ten, corporate bailouts. Knock it off. Sink or swim like the rest of us. If there are hard times ahead, we'll be better off just getting into it and letting the strong survive. Quick and painful. Have you ever ripped off a Band-Aid? We will pull together. Great things happen in America under great hardship. Give us the chance to innovate. We cannot disappoint you more than you have disappointed us.
Eleven, transparency and accountability. How about it? No, really, how about it? Let's have it. Let's say we give the buzzwords a rest and have some straight honest talk. Please try -- please stop manipulating and trying to appease me with clever wording. I am not the idiot you obviously take me for. Stop sneaking around and meeting in back rooms making deals with your friends. It will only be a prelude to your criminal investigation. Stop hiding things from me.
Twelve, unprecedented quick spending. Stop it now.
Take a breath. Listen to the people. Let's just slow down and get some input from some nonpoliticians on the subject. Stop making everything an emergency. Stop speed reading our bills into law. I am not an activist. I am not a community organizer. Nor am I a terrorist, a militant or a violent person. I am a parent and a grandparent. I work. I'm busy. I'm busy. I am busy, and I am tired. I thought we elected competent people to take care of the business of government so that we could work, raise our families, pay our bills, have a little recreation, complain about taxes, endure our hardships, pursue our personal goals, cut our lawn, wash our cars on the weekends and be responsible contributing members of society and teach our children to be the same all while living in the home of the free and land of the brave.
I entrusted you with upholding the Constitution. I believed in the checks and balances to keep from getting far off course. What happened? You are very far off course. Do you really think I find humor in the hiring of a speed reader to unintelligently ramble all through a bill that you signed into law without knowing what it contained? I do not. It is a mockery of the responsibility I have entrusted to you. It is a slap in the face. I am not laughing at your arrogance. Why is it that I feel as if you would not trust me to make a single decision about my own life and how I would live it but you should expect that I should trust you with the debt that you have laid on all of us and our children. We did not want the TARP bill. We said no. We would repeal it if we could. I am sure that we still cannot. There is such urgency and recklessness in all of the recent spending.
From my perspective, it seems that all of you have gone insane. I also know that I am far from alone in these feelings. Do you honestly feel that your current pursuits have merit to patriotic Americans? We want it to stop. We want to put the brakes on everything that is being rushed by us and forced upon us. We want our voice back. You have forced us to put our lives on hold to straighten out the mess that you are making. We will have to give up our vacations, our time spent with our children, any relaxation time we may have had and money we cannot afford to spend on you to bring our concerns to Washington. Our president often knows all the right buzzword is unsustainable. Well, no kidding. How many tens of thousands of dollars did the focus group cost to come up with that word? We don't want your overpriced words. Stop treating us like we're morons.
We want all of you to stop focusing on your reelection and do the job we want done, not the job you want done or the job your party wants done. Democrat, Republican, independent, libertarian. Understand this. We don't care. Political parties are meaningless to us. Patriotic Americans are willing to do right by us and our Constitution and that is all that matters to us now. We are going to fire all of you who abuse power and seek more. It is not your power. It is ours and we want it back. We entrusted you with it and you abused it. You are dishonorable. You are dishonest. As Americans we are ashamed of you. You have brought shame to us. If you are not representing the wants and needs of your constituency loudly and consistently, in spite of the objections of your party, you will be fired. Did you hear? We no longer care about your political parties. You need to be loyal to us, not to them. Because we will get you fired and they will not save you. If you do or can represent me, my issues, my views, please stand up. Make your identity known. You need to make some noise about it. Speak up. I need to know who you are. I have another site Goldmoneybill.org, that was originally constructed for the New Hampshire Gold currency bill written Dr. Edwin Vieira and proposed by former NH State Rep. Henry McElroy. The bill did not pass at the time, but it did get about 35% of support from the New Hampshire state legislature. This was of course before, the Ron Paul movement and the massive growing awareness of the problems with the Unconstitutional Federal Reserve. Did you know the federal reserve was created on christmas eve in 1913 with about a dozen members of congress present? Just because we have lived under the shadow of the fed for all of our lives does not mean that one day soon the glitter of gold will return as a basis of sound money.
Ron Paul and Dr. Edwin Vieira have known each other for over 25 years and Ron Paul did play a small part in the formation of the New Hampshire Gold currency bill. With the advent of Full-blown Socialism, first with Bush and now with Lenin's heir apparent there has been a reaction in the patriot community and middle America as a whole for a movement back to states rights and a libertarian form of government with limited taxation and no welfare and no government intervention into our lives at all. The world that we have been living in, is completely fraudulent, so the crash is actually a good thing in the long run, if not the short-term. Crashmaker, a novel by Dr. Vieira written under the pen name of Sperandeo is not just a novel but also a patriot handbook to understand the deceptions of the commercial system and to re-instill the values of the founding fathers. The Civilflag concept continues to pick up steam even in little ways. I go to this bar in the East Village called St. Dymphna's named after the patron saint of the mentally ill., it's appropriate, but that's a story for another day. Andy the bouncer, said hey that's a Civilflag patch. Where do you get them? I said I sell them. I also have Hats. He said let me get a Civilflag Hat. Well, Andy is the first person in public that has actually recognized the Civilflag for what it is. Sting the Lead singer from the Police, knew that his band was going to be successful when he noticed a busboy in a restaurant who was humming his song Roxanne, put out the redlight, Roxanne..
Well anyway, the important part of the Civil flag is not whether you understand consciously what it means, but unconciously. We think we are smart and in control of our lives, when the exact opposite is true. Can you control your heartbeat? Tibetan monks can and they learn this skill so they can gain the power to die consciously. They have the power to leave their body at will and not come back. They actually practice it to the point that death for the most part becomes a non-issue. If you are not afraid of dying, you can then get on with living. The civil flag out in public in all forms, like patches stickers ect, is a better form of persuasion than having a team of Jesuit Philosophy professors attempting to convince you that God does not exist.
The two new products I have added are Car Flags and desktop flags for I guess patriots that work in cubicles and you tube and twitter all day long. To get back to Andy, I go into St. Dymphna's and he says do you have another one of those Civil Flag hats, I have a bunch of Ex-military that are interested in the Civil Flag. We get into the conversation and it turns out that Andy distant relative was the first American, numero uno. He is of dutch ancestery and New York was first founded by the Dutch East India company. I said, wow that is a heavy burden, I said you know you are probably not destined to work here very long. He said I know.
I believe there is an unseen hand guiding the realization of a True Republic based on Sound moral principals. You may not see it right now, but I do if you no where to look. I was in Starbucks yesterday as well reading the NY Post so I could get the movie listings for Wolverine. Did you know that the NY Post has shrunk? Like 25% and it was thin like one of those phamplets on Alien invasions. Maybe the NY Post is going to become a phamplet in the sense of Thomas Paine? What do you think? I think at this point that they are headed to becoming a trifold brochure. They will be a merger of all the major newspapers and they will have one tri-fold brochure, they will just change the title. There will be one source, AP or is it A&P, no they are out of business.
So before the movie I go to Borders next door to Kips Bay theatre. I always like to search for something new, I sniff things out I am looking for new manifestations from the matrix. The world is maya, it's an illusion things are worked out from the inside to the outside. So when we get scared in the fun house, we are not understanding the source of the manifestation, like Air-force 1 flying over ground zero for a photo-op. Sure, not even I will buy that one. The NY Post did have a story about using photoshop to put the plane in the picture rather than doing it live. But, of course the only reason the post ran that story is to give legitimacy to the idea that the cover story is true.
In Borders there is this book called the Unincorporated Man. It is about a guy that wakes up from a 100 year old sleep and is the only man that is not incorporated or owned by other people, sound familiar? In this futuristic novel people are represented by shares. You can buy shares in yourself, if you think you are worth the risk. If you gain majority ownership, you can become partial self-determinate. Of course if your stock goes up, it just got more expensive to buy back yourself. Are you following me here, well anyway if looks like a really interesting book, plus I had a 40% discount so I plunged on the hardcover. With books I am like a crackhead, I just buy them, at-least they are not all Catcher in the Rye.. Remember the Car flags......

U.S. Civil Flag Newsletter: The Impact of the Civil Flag

Although the Civil Flag is still a fringe item, no pun intended; it's impact as a symbol has far out-weighed the number of flags in actual use. The Civil Flag image is starting to embed itself within the patriot community and the culture at large. I have a skateboard hanging on my wall courtesy of worship skateboards. I have seen the U.S. Civil flag at Ron Paul rallies in Washington, at the Ron Paul conference in St. Paul Minnesota last summer. I no longer get any hate mail, there were 4 or 5 early on, mostly I guess from rabid George Bush supporters.
The Civil flag was used in a T.V. series called Jericho, which is about a post apocalyptic America which has been devastated by a series of Nuclear attacks. The flag shows up at the start of season 2 and is used by an evil American faction attempting to take-over the remnants of the country. The show mysteriously went off the air a few weeks later abruptly, maybe there is some help from above. Although I do agree at times the best press is any press, like with the recent MIAC report that says;" The report concludes the Gadsden Flag, US Civil Flag, an upside down US flag, Sons of Liberty Flag and/or the US Naval Jack are symbols used by potential terrorists". Alex Jones also gave me some air play when he mentioned the MIAC report and that the Civil Flag was an image used by potential domestic terrorists on his show.
There was an immediate upswing of protest by patriots around the country and the report was retracted and that was the end of that attempt for now to manufacture scapegoats for the state and Federal government to seize more power. Colonel Donn de Grand Pre, the author of Barbarians inside the Gates and a former member of the Joints Chiefs of staff, told me two years ago that the troops were going to be brought back home to defend the borders against the invading Mexican gangs and take down Blackwater. He also told me there would be no war in Iran, that FEMA is not the military, that the military would stop and neutralize FEMA and any UN troops. Colonel Donn de Grand Pre, died in January, he is survived by his wife and daughter.
In the 2009 Liberty bowl the correct version of the Sons of Liberty flag is painted in the end zone. This image is based on the vertical striped "Rebellious striped flag", flown during the stamp act and possibly the Boston Tea Party. On the web the idea that the Sons of Liberty flag is a vertical striped flag only is obfuscated. If you type in a google search, on the front page they have 4 different versions of the Sons of Liberty flag. If you click the top link you get a commercial website selling a horizontal version of the Sons of Liberty flag with the text from below.
This was the flag of the early colonist who had joined together in the protest against the British impositions on American economic freedom. One such protest was resistance to the Stamp Act, on October 7, 1765. A delegate from each of the nine colonies formed the "Stamp Act Congress" . They petitioned the king and parliament, the act was repealed on March 18, 1766. The flag of nine red and white stripes that represented these "Sons of Liberty" became known as the "Rebellious Stripes." On December 16, 1773, the Sons of Liberty protested the parliament's Tea Act, an action that became known as the Boston Tea Party. The colonists' believed the tax to be a violation of their legitimate economic liberty. Three and a half years after the Tea Party the thirteen colonies had come together in their decision to fight for independence and the nine stripes had grown to thirteen. The Sons of Liberty would rally under a large tree which became known as "The Liberty Tree".
The description above is correct, but the flag is wrong all wrong. There never was a horizontal Sons of Liberty flag,at-least none that were associated with the stamp act. The facts are that there is a real legal difference between the vertical striped flag and a horizontal one. This does not mean you can go running into a court and ask them to remove the flag and replace it will a Sovereign flag. That will not change the nature of the court, that is a cosmetic change. What the symbols do tell you is who is in control and what the rules of the game are. If you are in a court of Admiralty and you argue the Constitution, you have already lost before you have started. It is the lack of correct knowledge that prevents someone from making the right choices and leaves one in a state of fear, because one is confused and does not know whether to turn right or left. The brain only operates with yes or no commands, it does not know I don't know that is read as a no or worse, it goes crazy trying to find a solution that does not exist, wasting energy and creating stress for the individual. The true power of those that control the system is in the power of their propaganda. It is the people themselves that comply with the directives of the very people that are working against them. The U.S. Civil Flag as a symbol breaks the grip of the Wizard of OZ. You are forced to make a decision in your mind when you see a competing image. There is a question that is posed sub-conciously to the meaning of the image. The Vertical striped reverse American flag image by itself can wake people up! That is why I got into the marketing of the Civil flag, I understand the power of the symbol to wake up America. You never need to like or accept the meaning of the Civil flag, it is enough for people to know that there is a second choice to the blind obedience to leaders that are in opposition to the true Spirit of the principals of the Founders.

U.S. CivilFlag Newsletter: Debt Elimination with the IRS, More on Gold

May we live in interesting times, as the chinese curse saying goes. The stock market is crashing, it went down another 200 points today. The military is preparing for Civil unrest, no matter who wins the election and a market shutdown this week. They are predicting a market drop of 2000-3000 points that will trigger an automatic shutdown. Barack Obama may not even be a U.S. citizen, the Hawaiian governor, Linda Lingle is now suppressing the release of Obama's birth certificate. I guess the People do not have a right to know where our President originated from. We of course need to take a urine test, get finger-printed and have a background check done for an $8 per hour job at walmart.
Of course we are really talking about the corporate CEO of the UNITED STATES CORPORATION, not the President of these united states. I have been playing around with attempting to release my corporate debt for the last few years. I initially tried something called the Bills of exchange which was an attempt to eliminate my credit card debt using the Social Security number attached to a Treasury account. The process appeared to work for up to 60 days, I had about $125,000 cleared for two months. One day, all the charges reappeared on all my 9 credit card statements as they did for about 100 other people who were utilizing the process. I got so frustrated that I abandoned the process and went the old fashioned route and declared bankruptcy. The irony here is that I needed to bring in my Social Security card to the Bankruptcy hearing. I presumed that they used that card to discharge the debt. All the Sovereign info on discharging debt flows from HJR-192, the bill to revoke the Gold standard. This was the beginning statutory law to implement the facilitation of the bankruptcy of the UNITED STATES government. It has nothing to do with us at all, it is a artificial corporation bankruptcy in commerce under the Admiralty law, which is the law of seizure. All attorneys practice the law of seizure, it is their job to sieze your stuff back to the creditors.
I kinda of abandoned the approach for a while of discharging my debt using the Treasury because it seemed like no matter what someone did, the banks just ignored the legal processes. I have followed the Sovereign debt elimination people though for the last several years, looking for someone that may have successfully accomplished it. Recently, I listened to a broadcast my a woman named Mary Croft, she is another one that claims she can eliminate debt using the Treasury account tied to the SS#.
Her method is a variation of the theme, but with an enforcement recourse of using the IRS to act as your agent, yes the IRS. It is the IRS job of balancing the books of the commercial code system. By submitting a form known as the 1099 OID, according to Mary Croft and a few other patriots, one can discharge your purchases by using the unlimited credit that was created when you were incorporated with your Birth certificate and your Treasury account attached to the SS#. You are essentially a bonded slave with the Birth certificate and the SS#. The government and the Banks have been using your credit illegally without any recompense. It is the job of the IRS to balance the books and provide the recourse.
The IRS, Banks and the Government are all run by people who do not understand the system in it's entirety, they do not understand that debt is not Money, I don't really get it, but after 5 years of playing around with the concepts, something is starting to seep in. I have my issues with the underlying philosophy about this system, but it is the one in place so I might as well understand how to utilize it. I do not have the answers, and have not seen anyone that has actually done the process with real verifiable results, this had been the biggest drawback. The system as it stands now is a double-negative, you have a credit side which is created from your signature on a piece of paper that is backed, not by gold but a bond in your name. You buy something on credit, the banks now debit your account and reduce your credit line, but then then ask you to replace that credit with debt notes or more credit from another source, even though you were the one that created that credit in the first place via your SS# attached to your bank account and the hidden U.S. Treasury account.
As for the Civilflags, I had added three more Ron Paul books which are Out of Print books that have just been re-printed all on Gold and Sound Money. The Case for Gold is a result of Ron Paul serving on the Gold Commission in 1982, it explains the history of Gold in America and explains how the breakdown occured.

I have another website, Goldmoneybill.org that I put up for Henry McElroy 4 years that has

been laying dormant since the bill did not pass. On the website though there is a bill for Gold currency that can be downloaded and submitted to any state legislature. It is a parallel currency bill, it does not replace FRN's. The fruit of the Ron Paul presidential campaign is that the Fed is dead, that is almost no one believes that the Federal Reserve is a Constitutionally authorized institution. Tyranny only works when the propaganda paralyzes the populace with fear, guilt and shame.

Henry McElroy is again running for office as a State Rep in Nashua, New Hampshire. Also 40 other free-staters are also running for office. When Henry submitted the bill, there were about 5 libertarians in the State legislature out of 400. The bill got 40% support. This time around there may be 40 state reps and the remnants of the Ron Paul revolution to push through the concepts of Gold Money to the New Hampshire constituents. With Gas at $5 per gallon, I don't think that will be a hard sell.

Initially, in New Hampshire, an existing "Sin Tax", Tobacco, is planned to be required to be paid by the tobacco companies in Gold / Silver to provide the Gold and Silver for the New Hampshire Treasury. The "Rule of Law" means primarily four things: 1) Government is accountable under the law. 2) Laws are fair, clear, stable and protect fundamental personal and property rights. 3) Laws are enacted, enforced and administered in a way that is accessible, fair and efficient. And 4) Laws are upheld by diverse, competent, independent and ethical Peace Keeping & law enforcement agents, advocates and umpires. The American Bar Association 2008.

America's Rule of Law and other restrictions we place on our public servants / officials and ourselves as responsible members of society are intended to severely limit the scope of power of ALL our public servants and functions.

[3] New Hampshire's General Court i.e. the Legislature, House and Senate is Basically a Volunteer Legislature. The NH General Court is the third largest legislative body in the world. The NH General Court has 400 Representatives and 23 Senators. Representatives are paid $100 a year, Senators $125.

[4] In the Event of a Total Devaluation of the FRN Dollars, we are considering one change for the Gold Money Bill which would be to convert all or some portion of the people's cash and or their bank accounts into gold / silver CSMS (Constitutional Sound Money System.

Henry McElroy in New Hampshire needs our assistance in 1. ) Getting him re-elected in the NH House and then 2. ) To get the Gold Money Bill passed in New Hampshire and in other States simultaneously. Henry has also identified numerous other Constitutionally Minded Candidates that we Ron Paul Supporters should also support.

Henry and other Constitutionally Minded candidstes need our assistance to:
1. ) Send Him / Them Back to the State House.

2. ) Support passage of the Constitutionally Sound Money Bill by regularly encouraging other NH State Representatives and Senators and the Governor to vote for the Constitutional Money Bill (CMB) # _____________ [ TBD ] with a "VETO PROOF VOTE COUNT" (The Gold Money Bill will: A.) Augment, NOT replace, the Federal Reserve Notes (FRN). If the FRN dollar continues to plummet in value and becomes worthless, the Gold Money Bill will re-implement the Nation's Constitutional Sound Money System (CSMS) avoiding DRASTIC, DRACONIAN METHODS that will destroy our economic system including our personal savings and assets if we do not correct this now while we have time[4]. B.) Initially, in New Hampshire, an existing "Sin Tax", Tobacco, is planned to be required to be paid by the tobacco companies in Gold / Silver to provide the Gold and Silver for the New Hampshire Treasury. Other existing taxes may be converted to Gold/Silver if the planned need requires.

3. ) Get similar Constitutional Money Bills passed in other States to re-implement a Constitutional Sound Money System as a backup for their State's FRN Dollars. The web site (www.goldmoneybill.org has a copy of the most recent New Hampshire Sound Money Bill which you can copy and send to We the Sovereign, Sui Juris People in the other 49 Sovereign States to give to their Public Servants to get passed in their Sovereign States. And

4. ) Assist Constitutionally Minded Candidates in the other 49 other Sovereign States and at the Federal level to get elected and passing only constitutional legislation over the next two to four years and beyond. And

5. ) If Ron Paul is not on the ballot in any of the 50 Sovereign States then encourage all voters to WRITE IN RON PAUL FOR PRESIDENT and attend the vote count in their poling places after the polls close on November 4, 2008.,,,,,,,,

6. ) Should Ron Paul get elected we may have to protect him and his family...Stay tuned.
